I hope that this prospectus will meet your information needs and, for those unfamiliar with the institute, provide a comprehensive introduction to our work, to our aspirations and achievements and to the many opportunities we offer for partnership and participation in the pursuit of our goals.

There are number of factors that make this a particularly exciting and dynamic period in the life of the institute. These include the merging of activities with the Albion College in London; the increasing recognition of the high quality of our teaching and research; and the continuing development of law in Bangladesh.

We are a community dedicated to providing current and future leaders with the knowledge and skills they will need to craft and implement public policies in a complex policy environment.
