Students keen to
transfer to different Universities in UK after
completion of the A levels or 1st year of LLB can
transfer. The career development department of the
British School of Law will assist the students with all
the formalities that are required. Students who do not
intend to UK can transfer into various institutions in
different countries including USA, Malaysia, Singapore,

Albion College is
situated in the heart of London in the famous
Bloomsbury Square. It occupies an elegant two
hundred year old building with bright, spacious and
modern classrooms. Many of the rooms are fitted with
magnificent antique fireplaces and superb lighting.
In short, the College provides a perfect environment
in which to study. There are excellent IT and
library facilities, as well as areas in which to
work and relax between lessons. |

As Albion College
is in Zone I, it is well served by bus and train
links – just a three minute walk from Holborn
Underground Station. It is also within easy walking
distance of the West End its many theatres, shops,
restaurants, and historical attractions. Form
Holborn, trains go directly to North, East and West
London, and there is a direct link to Heathrow
Airport.
Bloomsbury is an area which has long been associated
with such college as LSE, UCL, Central St. Martin’s,
SOAS, and is within reach of all other institutions
which make up the University of London. |

They are all three
year full time programmes and can be taken part time
over a longer period. Tuition is provided by Albion
College and examinations are set and assessed by the
University of London.

London examination. Many students find degree
programmes difficult and confusing. Sometimes it is
not easy to understand exactly what is expected, and
individual advice is not always easy to obtain. At
Albion College you will receive all the help you
require to realize your full potential in a
professional and friendly environment. Each student
is allocated their own personal tutor and all
teachers find time to assist with specific problems.
Students are also prepared thoroughly for their
examinations with a concentration on essay writing
skills and a focus on past examination papers.
Tuition is divided between lectures, seminars and
tutorials, and is supplemented by outside
specialists from universities, and from the business
and legal world. Tutorial groups are small, with a
maximum of 4 students.
Students benefit from excellent study facilities at
Albion College. The college is also a short distance
form the libraries of the London School of Economics
and Political Science and of the University of
London library in Senate House. Access to these
libraries can be arranged for the External students.
Studying at London
London is an exciting city in which to study with
its many historical attractions, and the college is
ideally positioned within numerous other places of
interest which make London such a stimulating place
in which to live and study.
Albion College provides a perfect location for
External students of the University of London degree
programmes. For Law students, it is an advantage to
be close to the Old Bailey and the Inns of Court,
allowing frequent visits and the opportunities to
benefit from lectures given by practicing solicitors
and Barristers who are expert in their particular
field of law.

their individual needs. While some students prefer
to live in student hostels, others prefer to share
private flats. Alternatively students can choose to
live with a host family. Whatever your preference,
we can help to find you the right place.

Types of
Accommodation
Shared Student Flats
Cost between £60 - £100 per week
This is the most popular form of accommodation where
four to six students share a flat and all do their own
cooking and cleaning.
Home stay
Cost between £100 - £140 per week
Students live with a family in Zone 2 or 3. The family
will either provide meals or allow you to use the
kitchen facilities. This type of accommodation provides
a secure environment and helps students to practise
their English as part of the family.
Student Hostels
Cost between £80 - £120 per week
Hostels will usually provide some meals or will provide
shared cooking facilities.
All our hostels are in Zones 1 or 2.
Airport Pickup Service
Albion College will arrange for you to be collected from
the airport and taken to your new accommodation. There
is a charge of £55 for this service.
